    The location is unparalleled, with fine views! The staff displayed fantastic service, especially at breakfast.

    Service inconsistencies were frustrating. The noise from public transport was noticeable and disruptive at night!

    Our rooms were tastefully decorated and brand-new here with churches beyond-and-out to the Buda hills, ever, for instance. The breakfast was good hot and delicious and with a lovely view of the ferris wheel. The staff were happy to help and always smiling.

    The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, especially Chris during checkout and a warm hostess during breakfast. The beautiful king room offered a fine city view that enhanced our experience. The park nearby is perfect for families with children.

    The Ritz-Carlton in Budapest stands out for its central location. The ability to walk to major attractions made exploring the city so easy. The breakfast impressed me with a broad selection, both from the buffet and made-to-order options. I particularly loved the fresh pastries and perfectly cooked omelets. The room itself was beautifully decorated and spacious. I appreciated the comfortable king-sized bed and the coffee machine provided. I encountered some issues with housekeeping. The daily service felt rushed, and my glasses were not cleaned properly . It detracted from the luxury experience I expected. There was a noticeable dust accumulation in the corridors. This definitely needs attention as it affected the overall feel of the hotel. Nevertheless, the staff's friendliness and willingness to assist shone through. A shoutout to the concierge for giving great dining tips.

    The hotel is certainly a 5 star deluxe hotel.it is elegant and well furnished. The staff go out of their way to help you with whatever you need,they are polite and very professional.The location of the hotel is excellent right in the centre near the restaurants,shops and the river Danube.This was a perfect holiday for my husband and I and we shall certainly go again to the Le Meridien hotel/
